Fruits and berries
Try to eat fresh berries and fruits for the season;the best ones are those that grow in this area and near regions. Do not pursue the exotic, which is brought to the far end of the earth and for better preservation is treated with chemistry. And, please, do not forget to wash everything thoroughly in running water( watermelons, melons can even be rubbed with soap and soap).
Modest "semirenko" or "antonovka" is better than brightly colored import apples "Jonathan"( in which, by the way, and chemistry more).Three apples a day is the ideal norm for the prevention of constipation. With a sick gastrointestinal tract, apples should be rubbed on a fine grater( without peel) or oven.
Wild strawberries( not garden strawberries) and blueberries are the most healing berries in the world.
Apricots contain the most potassium and are useful for the heart and mother, and the future child.
Dark grapes and pomegranates "cleanse" the blood and help increase hemoglobin.
Watermelons wash the kidneys better than any diuretic( especially with a tendency to edema!).
Cranberries, cranberries and sea buckthorn keep vitamins all year round and are more useful than oranges, even with quick freezing, because vitamins do not perish in them. Cranberry or cowberry mors, especially if done with honey, is an ideal drink with weakened kidneys and cystitis.
In winter, you can use fresh frozen fruits, making compotes of them, but at the same time putting the minimum amount of sugar. If possible, add honey.
Jam, which our grandmothers liked to cook, is much more useful than mashed fruits with sugar, because a double dose of refined sugar kills all the valuable that is, in berries and fruits.
It is better to dry the black currant and in the winter make from it vitamin tea( see below).
If possible, it would be nice and the winter period of pregnancy every day( especially with a tendency to nausea) to eat one lemon and one grapefruit without the film separating each lobule - it is bitter).
The most ideal source of all known vitamins and mineral salts and trace elements in the winter-spring period can be dried fruits, especially dried apricots. Yes, and prunes will be of good service to those who have an increased tendency to constipation during pregnancy.compote of dried fruits( preparation method see below) - perfect breakfast in winter.
Warning! No matter how useful these or other fruits are, certain limitations:
raw cherries, red currants, gooseberries, oranges are very risky to eat on an empty stomach( this can cause exacerbation in the patient with gastrointestinal tract, ulcer);
do not overuse melons with a diseased pancreas;
grapes and sweet fruits eat carefully and little by little with diabetes
oranges, tangerines are not recommended for pregnant women, because I can cause allergic reactions in a future child.
