The Parisian diet: the essence of Dr. Cohen's diet, its difference from the Ducane diet
Author of the Parisian diet, Jean-Michel Cohen is a famous French nutritionist. His method of losing weight is famous for allowing you to lose weight without any damage to your health.

Basic rules of
Eat with pleasure. Sometimes, if you really want, pamper yourself with something sweet, in general harmful and high-calorie.
Always eat only at the table, cancel snacks on the go. Focus only on food - put off your computer, phone, book, turn off the TV, do not talk. Eat not in a hurry, but slowly and thoughtfully.
Reduce your usual serving by a quarter or start eating from a smaller plate. Drink more water.
Give preference to homemade food. Give up ready meals and convenience foods. So in your body do not fall fragrances, preservatives, flavor enhancers, dyes and other harmful additives.
Stages of the diet
The essence of Cohen's diet is in a smooth transition to proper nutrition. It is proposed to gradually change the entire diet to a more balanced and low-calorie diet.
1. "Cafe".This stage is transitional. Due to several quickly discarded pounds, it is supposed to create an incentive for further weight loss, despite all the difficulties. If a few days to endure these strict restrictions, it will be easier.

2. "Bistro".To eat in this way, you need at least 7 days. The calorie content of the products decreases, but due to the use of soups, a feeling of saturation arises. Allowed snacks - vegetables for a couple or vegetable salad, greens.
3. "Gourmet".The stage lasts a minimum of 14 days. Mandatory requirement - to consume more liquid( not only water, but also tea, coffee without sugar, freshly squeezed juices, soups, milk).The menu is low-calorie, but balanced - there is no shortage of vitamins and trace elements.

First phase
Breakfast. Cocktail of 200 ml skimmed milk with the addition of fruits and berries, whipped in a blender. Drink chilled or add a few ice cubes.
Lunch. Low fat cottage cheese - 200 g. Grilled vegetables with cheese, garlic and herbs.
Dinner. Vegetable soup on meat or chicken broth with sour cream of low fat content. Several fruits or fresh squeezed juice.
Second phase of
Breakfast. A cup of coffee, black, green or herbal tea without sugar( sugary substitutes are allowed).A portion of natural yogurt with the addition of fruit or berries. A glass of skim milk.
Lunch. Salad from fresh vegetables with lemon juice, wine or balsamic vinegar. A small portion of lean meat or poultry( up to 100 g), cooked without the addition of oil. Steam or boiled vegetables. Boiled hard-boiled eggs( 2-3 pieces).Fruit.
Dinner. Dishes from the assortment offered for lunch.
Third phase of
Breakfast. One sandwich of white bread with butter and / or cheese. A portion of natural yogurt. One is any fruit.
Lunch. Salad from vegetables, greens and eggs. Baked lean meat with mushrooms, cheese, herbs and garlic. One is any fruit.
