And many ignore the obvious harm of such products, believing that their body is strong and "everything will digest."And if you take a rational look at this question, it becomes clear that a long reluctance to eat properly in a few years will make itself felt by the diseases of the digestive tract, esophagus, and weight problems begin.
To prevent these problems and try to cure those diseases that have already manifested, we present real, tasty and useful recipes for dishes from "right" ingredients.
Diet 5 implies the rejection of all of the above and the transition to healthy foods and five meals a day is not very large portions. What you can eat with chronic pancreatitis, and that is impossible - the doctor will advise, and here you will find a universal menu for every day.
To begin with - recipes for breakfast, and to cook quickly, and eat-drink nice, and most importantly - for our diet - it is useful!
1. A compote made from dried apples is prepared easily: apples washed in running water are boiled with a glass of sugar until they become completely soft, and then cooled and filtered. Apples should be rubbed and mixed with sweet apple water.
2. You can make homemade yogurt not only in a yogurt, it's enough to have a thermos at hand. Only with boiling water, do it well. Half a liter of milk with a minimum fat content can be heated to 40-45oC, pour into a thermos along with 1 teaspoon of leaven( for starters you can use shop yoghurt, natural, without dyes and additives, with a short shelf life).Stir, not whipping.
In a warm place to remove the thermos for the night( minimum - 4 hours).Should get a thick mass, if there is a detachment of water - turned out curdled milk( which is also good for the first time!).Keep in the glass in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days, then make a new yogurt, using from the old 1 spoon as a starter.
3. Oatmeal oatmeal.3 cups of the most simple oatmeal, fall asleep in a 3-liter jar, pour a little warm water about 2/3.There, pour half a glass of yogurt. Also not cold. Stir better with a wooden spoon or spatula. Close the rubber with a sterile glove. The bank should stay about 2 days in a warm place( 28-30o), covered with a towel from the light.
Now all this is filtered into another container, also glass. Flakes are washed in a sieve over a pan using 2 liters of water, naturally, boiled, and we determine in the third jar. Both banks have to brew for another 10 hours.
After the liquid part is drained from both, this can be the basis for oat kvass, but only at remission. The thick part is the basis for the oatmeal. For its preparation you need 2 tbsp.spoons of the foundation + 1 cup of water. Brew until thickened. From 2 to 10 minutes - depending on your wishes regarding its density.
4. Casserole from vermicelli. This is closer to lunch dishes. Boil the selected lean meat well in salt water and turn it in the meat grinder twice. Ready to stir the vermicelli with minced meat and egg( raw).A method of cooking - your choice: a couple, in the oven or even in the microwave( 10 minutes at maximum power).
