Apparatus for magnetotherapy diamond-01

Apparatus for magnetotherapy ALMAG-01 is a portable magnetotherapeutic device intended for local impact on various pathological foci of patients with a "traveling" impulse magnetic field. This device was created by Russian scientists as an analog of the ALIMP apparatus. ALMAG-01 has a portable device producing a "running" pulsed magnetic field, and inductors in the form of a flexible connection of four round plates with two working surfaces. The total duration of the rhythm of work is set by the timer with the possibility of setting the exposure time from 1 to 22 minutes with an interval of setting of 1 minute. The action of the ALMAG is characterized by high biological activity due to the greatest number of biotropic parameters of the generated traveling pulsed magnetic field penetrating into the patient's body at therapeutic doses to a depth of up to 8 cm, which directly affects both surface pathological foci and internal organs. The frequency of repetition of electromagnetic pulses is 6.25 Hz, which corresponds to the range of biological natural rhythms of various systems of the human body, and this ultimately contributes to the normalization of disturbed functions. The magnetic induction of the working part of the ALMAG at a distance of 15 cm is comparable to the usual geomagnetic background of the Earth( it is equal to 0.05 mTl), and the "magnetization" of the surrounding does not occur, which is very important for personnel of physiotherapy offices. Procedures with the use of this device are carried out once a day in the physiotherapy department or directly in the wards of specialized departments, including in the treatment of transportable patients( traumatology, orthopedics, neurology, etc.).including in wards or in offices located at a distance from the physiotherapy room. During the clinical trials( in the State Clinical Hospital named after NI Priorov, MSHUU named after Semashko, CCER "Arkhangelskoye", Scientific Research Institute of Neurology of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, etc.), high efficacy was particularly confirmed in the treatment of the following pathologies:

• neurological diseases;

• Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract;

• diseases of the venous system and obliterating endarteritis;

• diseases of the musculoskeletal system, including traumatology;

• Complications of diabetes mellitus;

• nonspecific lung diseases.

In general, unlike devices for treating an alternating magnetic field, ALMAG-01, emitting a pulsed magnetic field of low frequency with a large depth of penetration into the tissues of the body and the area affected, is a more effective treatment for a wide range of diseases( they are listed at the beginning inindications for the use of magnetotherapy, there are also indicated contraindications).From the results of the clinical trials of ALMAG-01, the following conclusions were made:

• the device can be successfully used in subacute processes, as well as for the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases;

• The course of treatment with the device should consist of 15-20( taking into account the indications and dynamics of the disease) procedures;

• the duration of treatment in the first 3 procedures is 10 minutes, and then every day increases by 2 minutes and by the eighth procedure reaches a maximum duration of 20 minutes;

• In case of an exacerbation on the 3-4th day of treatment, the procedure time can be reduced by V3, but the treating physician should take into account that this can lead to a decrease in adaptation and a prolonged exacerbation.
