If an allergic reaction follows, this product should be ruled out again and not introduced a new one until all the symptoms disappear. To forget nothing and not to confuse, start a special diary.

After identifying one or more products and up to three years, potential allergens are recommended not to be included in the diet. The same diet is indicated for children with hereditary predisposition to allergies.

However, it should be remembered that after three years such a diet can negatively affect the overall and physical development of the child, as it contains insufficient proteins. Ado's recipes are only general recommendations. You should consult a specialist and develop an individual diet, depending on the number of allergens detected.
