The Kremlin diet table
The Kremlin diet is the most paradoxical diet in the world, because to lose weight, you need to eat meat and, what is most impressive, alcohol( vodka, cognac, whiskey, dry wine) is allowed here! That is why an acute sense of hunger, which prevents people from working and normally feel physically, while observing this diet, you are not threatened. The essence of the Kremlin diet in the next - you can eat meat, fish, cheese, vegetables with a low carbohydrate content, and foods with large amounts of carbohydrates should be avoided. Therefore, this diet will not be to the liking of all lovers of sweet, because one piece of sugar absorbs the entire daily diet. Such restrictions are imposed by the Kremlin diet on all sweet, flour and potato dishes, dishes from cereals, and also on juices, fruits and vegetables rich in carbohydrates.
Why do we start to lose weight? It has long been known that the main source of fat formation in the body is mainly carbohydrates. Usually, an adult consumes about 400-500 grams of carbohydrates per day, including about 100 grams of pure sugar. With a small intake of carbohydrates with food, the body begins to synthesize them from proteins and fats. With a low level of glucose production from carbohydrates, the secretion of insulin, a hormone that promotes fat accumulation, decreases and the body includes its "burners" of fat and extracts energy from its own stored fat. It is this feature of our body that formed the basis of the Kremlin diet.
However, before you start to follow a diet, do not interfere with contacting a doctor. Perhaps you have contraindications for this diet. You can take tests to know the blood sugar, cholesterol, lipids. Do not reduce to a minimum the amount of carbohydrates consumed, because the body needs to get everything it needs for normal development.
All foods in this diet are measured by points - 1 point of the Kremlin diet is equivalent to 1 gram of carbohydrates. To lose weight, you need to score up to 40 points a day, and to save weight, - from 40 to 60 points. Weight gain occurs when eating more than 60 points a day. Of course, there are as many as you like, but know the measure. Do not eat 3 to 4 kg of meat per day, and then another kilogram of cheese, drinking a liter of dry wine, although the points are quite acceptable.
The main principle of this diet is to collect as few points as possible while eating the usual amount of food.
Contraindications to the Kremlin diet are chronic heart disease, kidney disease and pregnancy. People who are prone to urolithiasis or who already have this disease, as well as people with gallstone disease, need to reduce the "meat" component of this diet by increasing the amount of fish and dairy products, as well as consuming as many vegetables as possible with a low carbohydrate content. The Kremlin diet is so unique that it can be changed depending on the condition and needs of one's own organism. However, do not completely reject the vegetables and fruits, because in this case your body will experience a shortage of vitamins.
The Kremlin diet has the following advantages.
First, you lose weight by restoring metabolism, which is very important for your health.
Secondly, you have the ability to constantly adjust your weight.
Third, because of eating foods that contain large amounts of protein, your skin will become smoother.
Fourth, the protein diet will save you from a constant feeling of hunger, drowsiness, addiction to sweets.
