Ingredients
You will need: 1 kilogram of cherries, 1.2 kilograms of sugar.
Preparation of jam
Cherries for jam take a ripe, dark red. Berries first go through, gently rinse in cold water. Remove the bones from the cherry, trying not to damage the berries. Do this over the basin, in which you will make jam, so that the juice from the cherries gets into the basin.
Put the cherry in the basin, pour the sugar and leave for 4-5 hours.
Place the pelvis on the fire. When the jam starts to boil, turn off the gas and cook the jam for 5 minutes, stirring constantly and taking off the foam. Then again put the jam for 4-5 hours.
Again put jam on a small fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes. Do not forget that jam should be constantly stirred, so that the berries do not stick to the bottom and the jam is not burnt. Hot jam is poured into pre-prepared cans and rolled.
This recipe is not very laborious, but the result will definitely please you. Jam turns very fragrant, full of dark red color. Berries from it can decorate cakes, add them to cupcakes. And very tasty ice cream or milkshake is obtained, if you add such jam in them.

Ingredients:
cherry - 2 kg;
sugar - 2.4 kg;
water - 3 cups.
Preparation of
A washed cherry is punctured with a toothpick in 2-3 places. This is to ensure that during the preparation of berries do not cringe and quickly soaked in syrup.
We boil water in the pan, remove it from the fire and fill it with cherries, the berries should be completely covered with water. Minutes after 2 throw them in a colander.
Cook the syrup from the water and half the sugar. Fill with a boiling liquid of cherries and let them brew for about 4 hours. After that, put the jam on a small fire, bring to a boil, add the second half of sugar and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly and taking off the formed foam.
Remove the jam from the fire and leave the clock at 6. After that, again bring the jam to a boil, reduce the fire to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes.
In sterilized jars we move the berries without liquid, and the syrup is cooked for another 15 minutes, then we pour the berries. The banks are rolled up and sent for safekeeping.
