Peeling
To maintain the skin of the body in good condition, it is necessary to conduct its deep cleaning - peeling. Thanks to this procedure, you can remove the cornified layer of cells, thereby triggering the mechanism of cellular renewal. As a result, penetration into the skin of moisturizing and nutrients will improve, it will become smooth and elastic. The skin of the body has a coarser structure than the skin of the face, therefore it requires thorough cleansing. For the same reason, body scrubs include larger grains, although for delicate skin there are scrubs for the body with very small, barely perceptible abrasive particles. If you have dry skin, then peeling is recommended 1 time per week, and if fatty - 2-3 times a week.
Procedure for carrying out the peeling:
1. Before applying the scrub, the skin should be well moistened.
2. Spread the body scrub in circular motions from the bottom up. For this, the scrub can be applied to the massage glove, sponge or, at the very least, just to the hand, and then massage:
first the right leg - from the outside, then from the inside. Next, massage the right buttock. Then proceed to massage in the same sequence of the left leg and left buttock;
go to the stomach, massaging it clockwise;
massaging the breasts to begin from the axilla and continue to the décolleté area, trying not to affect the mammary glands;
massaging the right and left hands starting from the fingertips and further upwards;
peeling of the back involves massaging from the bottom up, then from the sides, moving to the spine.
When peeling, pay special attention to the skin of the elbows, knees, feet. The skin on these parts of the body is somewhat coarser, so massaging with peeling can be done longer. But the skin of the chest and abdomen, on the contrary, is easily vulnerable, so in these places, massage with light movements. Care must be taken in the places of moles and wounds - try not to touch these parts of the body.
After massaging all areas of the body, leave the scrub on the skin for a couple of minutes.
3. Wash off the scrub with warm water. The skin gets soaked with a towel.
4. After carrying out the peeling procedure, it is essential to lubricate the skin of the body with a moisturizing and nutritious remedy.
