Thanks to these exercises, you will start your day cheerful and cheerful. 1. Sipping. The name itself tells what to do. Lying backwards under the blanket, stretch out your legs, heavily straightening your knees and feet, touching the toes of the edge of the bed with your fingers. Simultaneously, stretch your arms above your head, straightening your fingers and straining heavily. Then you need to completely relax your muscles, lowering your arms along the body. This sipping should be done 3-4 times.
2. Down with the second chin ( true, while you do not have it, but it may appear, so start urgently doing the exercise).Move to the edge of the bed, hang your head down, hands extend along the trunk, turning the palms down. Slowly count to yourself to five, while tilting your head forward until it stops in the chest. Then, slowly, counting to five, throw your head back. Start the exercise 3 times and gradually bring up to 10.
3. Once to the left, once to the right. Lie on your back, hands freely stretch along the body. Slowly lift the left leg, bending it slightly in the knee, and lower it by the straightened right leg, then return to the starting position. Do the same with the right foot. Repeat the exercise for each leg 8 times.
4. Good morning, legs. Lying on your back with your arms stretched out along the body, raise your knees straightened at your knees so that you can see the socks, and then return to the original position. Do this exercise 5 times. Then move your feet completely freely and in any directions.
5. I'm already awake. Turn over to the abdomen, head to the right. Strongly strain the whole body, and raise the legs, head and shoulders. The hands fit tightly to the body. Three times sharply turn the head - left, right, left, then relax the muscles and lie on the bed already on the left cheek. Repeat the exercise. After you have done this exercise 4 times( 2 times in one direction, 2 times in another), you will be pleased to see that you have finally woken up. Immediately, your mood will improve, and you will willingly jump out from under the blanket.
