To prepare such pies, the following ingredients will be needed: wheat flour( 700-800 g), 1 tbsp.spoon dry yeast, 3 tbsp.spoons of vegetable oil, 50 g of butter, 3 eggs, 1 glass of milk, 3-4 tbsp.tablespoons of water, 2 pcs.onion, minced meat( 400 g), spices to taste.
First you need to mix yeast with milk. Add salt, half a glass of flour and mix everything until smooth.
To make the dough come up, leave it for 30 minutes. After the time is over, add butter and vegetable oil, as well as eggs. Stir the mass and add the sifted flour in small portions. Knead the dough and put in a bowl, previously oiled.
Leave the dough for 3 hours, during which it needs to be crushed 2-3 times. It is important to properly prepare the filling.
For this, onions must be finely chopped and sauted in vegetable oil. Then you need to add minced meat and fry until golden. Then season with salt, pepper and add water. Stir the filling.
Dough batter, then divide into pieces that need to roll out into a cake. The center is laid out the filling and the edges are torn. Grease the pan with oil.
Before the oven, pies should be given time to distance: leave them for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Bake them in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Appetizing crust indicates that the pies are ready.

1. Chicken eggs - 3 pieces.
2. Wheat flour - 250 grams.
3. Potato starch - 3 tablespoons.
4. Sour cream - 100 grams.
5. Mayonnaise - 100 grams.
6. Minced meat - 450 grams.
7. Green onions - 50 grams.
8. Soda - ½ teaspoon.
9. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
10. Salt, black ground pepper, spices and seasonings to taste.
Instructions for cooking:
1. Chicken eggs are broken into a deep bowl, beat well with a pinch of salt with a mixer or whisk.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, soda to the bowl and mix everything thoroughly to a homogeneous consistency. Gradually begin to sift in a bowl of flour and potato starch. Mix the dough, which in consistence should be like a thick sour cream.
