Products without GMOs: List of
To eat only healthy food, it is enough to know where GMOs are not present in food:
- It is not considered to contain GMO meat if a cow or other animal is fed vegetable food grown with such organisms;
- Natural honey;
- Home Food;
- Dried fruits. Some manufacturers cover them with soybean oil from GMOs, so you should be careful here;
- Any vegetables and fruits grown by yourself. Those that grow organizations and farmers are likely to contain GMOs.

- Drugs and nutritional supplements can also be produced with the help of genetic engineering, especially for tryptophan and animal insulin;
- If the label with honey indicates that it is imported or produced in several countries - it is better to abandon it in favor of the local.
