Yes, everything is true, but full-fledged communication, which includes all family members - both old and young - is another extremely important step towards building a cohesive and harmonious family team.
What am I preaching to you this time? What kind of communication is it? To be clearer, I'll give you a couple of examples. Do you tell the children that someone should come to you? Probably, yes, if the children are well acquainted with the guest, and even more so if they love this person;but what if he does not know them at all?
