Mushrooms in the market
Mushrooms are a specific group of food products that require special conditions for implementation. Buying them on the market from unfamiliar sellers, we to some extent expose ourselves and loved ones to a certain risk. To minimize it, you need to know how to properly organize the trade of mushrooms, what requirements from buyers should be presented to the sellers of forest gifts:
1. It is not allowed to trade mushrooms in various places of the market. To sell them on the market, there is always a special place( stalls, rows), where all the trade in mushrooms is concentrated.
2. Mushrooms for sale must be sorted by individual species. Sale of a mixture of different types of mushrooms is strictly prohibited. _
3. Prepared mushrooms must be thoroughly cleaned from the ground, litter, ash or sand. Prohibited trading in crumpled, broken, wormy, flabby, overgrown, slimy, moldy and spoiled mushrooms.
4. Fresh plate mushrooms for sale must be completely intact and have the whole of the stump. In no case are not allowed to sell mushrooms with partially or completely cut stumps, especially champignons or russules.
5. It is not allowed to sell mushrooms by persons who do not know the names of mushrooms they sell, and also children.
6. In dried form, only white mushrooms( mushrooms), podberezovikov, boletus, oily, mosses, and also very well dried morels and stitches are allowed.
7. It is prohibited to sell mushrooms in boiled or fried form.
8. Private persons are not allowed to sell on the markets home made mushroom eggs, mushroom salads and other products from crushed mushrooms, as well as pickled, canned or pickled mushrooms in cans lined with lids.
9. Sale of salted and canned mushrooms( separately by types) of industrial production is allowed in glass and enameled containers( bombardment is not allowed), and in some cases - in clean wooden barrels.
10. Any mushrooms in any form can not be placed in galvanized dishes, especially in galvanized buckets.
