    It's nine in the evening, and you're tired, but your child is not. Cozy arrange your child in a bag and walk around the house until he falls asleep.

    Parents preparing for their first child may be confused and rest assured that the child falls asleep in the following way: at a certain, half-awake child's intended time, put in a crib, kiss it in the

It happens only in books and movies or any other parents, but rarely in real life. Most children want or need to be lulled by holding. Wearing in a bag allows a child to move more easily from wakefulness to sleep.

    When you feel that the child is ready to go to sleep( or you are ready for him to go to bed), wear it in a bag in a position that, as you know from experience, least stimulates it and best tunes it tosleep. Walk around the house. Try to breastfeed on the move. When your child goes into a deep sleep state( which is recognized by a fixed face and flaccid, relaxed limbs), lean over the bed so that the child is lying on the bed, and gently slip out of the bag. Leave the baby on the bed right in the bag, using it as a blanket. If the child is better off sleeping on his side, place the bag between the child and the bed so that the child does not roll over. Falling asleep, the child can still remain restless when you wear it to rock( this is called the period of rapid eye movements - a more shallow stage of sleep when the child is likely to wake up if you put it and try to slip out of the room).If this happens, keep the baby in a "snuggled" position and lie on the bed, keeping it on your chest as before in your bag. Your rhythmic palpitations and respiratory movements will lull the child, and he will fall asleep deeply, after which you can roll to the side and slip out of the bag, and the child thus usually continues to sleep. Soaking in a bag is especially effective if the child reluctantly falls asleep in the afternoon. Sometimes it helps, if you leave the child in a position "pressed against the chest", so that you can both fall asleep together. During a day's sleep, it can be done on the floor, on the couch or anywhere where the child and the person who wears it can comfortably sit and take an hour's nap.
