According to the ancestors' beliefs, they were considered to be talismans capable of protecting a person from misfortunes and misfortunes, attracting prosperity and happiness to the house, fulfilling the desired.

Wraith charms: it was believed that through the face they could be inhabited by an evil spirit. When they were made, scissors were not used and quite a bit - needles and cloth were taken from old worn out things impregnated with the master's energy. And now many people continue to honor the traditions of their ancestors, their houses are invariably adorned with a doll made by own hands. It is about making such a talisman and will be our today's master class.

One of the simplest variants of making the dolls of the dolls is the Bereginya doll. She, like most of these talismans, is made from shreds of old clothes with practically no scissors and needles. Placed in the northern corner of the house and according to beliefs it protects him from the evil eye, brings prosperity.

For production you will need:

• 7 pieces of colorful fabric 7 * 20 cm;
• 1 piece 12 * 12 cm;
• thread.

Instruction:

Each of the edges of the seven pieces of fabric bend in the middle, and after - add up twice.

We get cloth stripes - seven pieces.

Fold them all together with a pile and bend it in half.

We retreat from the top about 1.5 cm and we tie with threads. So we form the head.

Then we make hands and a handkerchief. To do this, take the remaining shred and bend the opposite corners literally by 0.5 cm.

Then bend all sides of the square, add it diagonally.

Opposite corners of a triangle we tie with threads - this will be Bereginya's hands.

This scarf is put on a doll and bandaged with threads.

Fancy dress

In the old days, if the girl had an intimate dream, she made her own so-called wish-tree with her own hands. It is done very simply, but this lady is very difficult to get around. First of all, neither the work nor the result should anyone see, if it happened, then the pupa will not work. When manufacturing with it you need to talk, talk about yourself - establish a "contact".And in order to cajole, you need to give a bead, ribbon, a button, show the doll its reflection in the mirror and ask to fulfill the gift for a gift.

And for work we will need:

• a pair of twigs;
• thread in red;
• is a little cotton wool;
• rectangle of white fabric;
• cut from a fabric of multi-colored;
• triangle on the handkerchief.

Instruction:

Fold the branches with a cross and bind them with threads.

Put the cotton wool for the head, cover with a cloth and bind it with threads.

This same thread binds the "body" of the doll on the chest and on the belt.

We make a dress from colored fabric, folding it four times and cutting through the neck.

We hem the hem, we bandage it on the belt.

We tie a handkerchief.

Doll on happiness

Slavic dolls are very diverse. To attract happiness, for example, they created Zdravice - a small touching doll with a long braid - a symbol of longevity and good health. This is a game doll, therefore, to fix the hair, a needle is used.

The following materials will be required:

• linen cloth: square for the body, a rectangle for the feet and a pair of small squares for shoes;
• rectangle of colorful fabric for sundresses;
• flax;
• cotton wool;
• red thread;
• thread of flax color;
• needle;
• ribbon for braids.

Begin to make a doll for luck with the fact that in the middle of a square piece we put the cotton wool and bind it with a thread.

We make hands: bend the corner, turn the edges to the middle and tie with a thread.

The leg rectangle is folded with a tube, folded twice and bandaged.

We put it under the "shirt" and re-bandaged.

From small squares make shoes, bandaging them around the legs with linen thread.

From colorful fabric we sew Russian clothes - sarafan. We sew the fabric on the back, we make a marking on the throat and pull it up, creating wrinkles, throwing shoulder straps over the shoulders. The dress must go out so long that the shoes can be seen from under it.

We carefully comb out all linens and pieces of fibers from the flax.

We divide into 2 parts.

One of them is sewn from front to back.

The second we put perpendicularly and sew on the parting.
