For those who try themselves for the first time in creating such a tree, it should be noted that the topiary of monetary denominations is made from counterfeit banknotes, which can be purchased at any joke store.

Preparation of material for the work of

Creating blanks from the bills of

So, before you start working on the tree, it is worthwhile to prepare the blanks from the money. Since the bills that will be used to create the tree are too large, they should be cut as shown in the photo:

The exact number of blanks for a tree is difficult to calculate, so make about 60 pieces, in which case you can always finish it.

Trunk for topiary

For the trunk you will need a regular flat stick and a decorative tape of golden color. Since the tape is translucent, you need to wrap it around the future trunk twice. The tip of the wand must be left free, it is needed to connect with the base of the money tree.

When decorating a stick, you can use glue, this is necessary so that the tape does not move. But you need to use it carefully, so as not to spoil the material.

Working with the basis of a tree

For a basis it is possible to take an ordinary foam rubber ball, intended for animals. Its diameter should be 2.5 cm. Make a hole in the ball with a knife, and insert the barrel, do not forget to fix it with hot glue.

Now attach the remaining workpieces. Apply glue to the place where the bag will be attached to the ball, and also attach the workpieces to each other. And so until you close the whole base.

Work on the stand

In this case, you need a small and not very heavy capacity, for example, a plastic cup. Paint it with acrylic paint in brown.

After the paint has completely dried, start decorating the stand. Wrap it with a decorative mesh and fix it with glue. Around tie a golden ribbon in the form of a bow.

Add the middle of the bow with a bead.

Now you need to fill the stand so that the money tree from the banknote is stable and does not fall. For this, gypsum is perfect. As soon as the mixture in the stand begins to thicken, insert exactly in the center of the topiary, and lean it so that it remains in the same level position, while the mixture freezes.

Above the mixture is dried and can be covered with a gel, on which you can sprinkle special sand or any other material on your discretion.

Last stage: after everything has dried up, decorate the trunk with ribbons and glue to it green artificial leaves with the help of hot glue.
