3) Drink more pure water and make sure that the skin is always sufficiently moistened, both outside and inside. The rate of drinking water per day is 1.5-2 liters.

Bath from needles and potatoes
In different capacities, dilute 50ml of pine extract and 0.5kg of potato starch. All this quickly send to a hot bath and stir until the mixture has settled. Take a hot bath for about 40 minutes, repeat the procedure 2-3 times a week after basic hygiene procedures. After the bath, moisten the problem areas with cream.
This bathtub is perfect not only for adults, but also for children. If gooseflesh in a child, especially a baby or babe, then rub something with a stiff washcloth or apply peeling - not the best idea. In such cases, shorten the bath time to 20-30 minutes.
Fruit peeling
Take 2 tablespoons of papaya pulp, 4 tablespoons pineapple pulp and a tablespoon of honey. Mix everything thoroughly and apply to problem areas for 5 minutes. Then just rinse with warm water. This option is recommended for hands, face and neck. Legs and stomach better steam.
