Each nutritionist has his own opinion about the most useful food for breakfast. But the choice is for each individually. After all, while the body does not get a portion of a well-balanced meal the morning will feel a feeling of lethargy and drowsiness. After a cup of coffee, of course, there will be cheerfulness, but coffee does not give energy, so fatigue can soon fall.
