Potato casserole in the multivariate: how to cook it correctly with a crust
The potato casserole in the multivariate turns out very juicy. It is only necessary to take into account that in the multivarquet a beautiful crust on the casserole is obtained from below, therefore, for feeding to the table, the casserole must be turned upside down.
Casserole from a potato in a multivariate is prepared almost the same as in an oven. No special techniques are required here.
Ingredients
To make a casserole cooked in a multivariate, it's delicious, we need the following ingredients: potatoes: 5-6 pieces, minced chicken: 500 g, two tomatoes, onion, tablespoon mayonnaise, salt, pepper.
For pouring: cheese - 100 g, sour cream - 200 g, two eggs, salt, pepper.
Preparation process
Potatoes are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater or cut into thin strips.
Cut the onion into thin semirings. We cut tomatoes with thin semicircles.
Forcemeat salt, pepper, you can add spices to taste, and mix.
When all the ingredients are prepared, then the casserole is prepared as follows. We lubricate the cup of the multivark oil and spread half of the prepared potatoes to the bottom. Then lay out a layer of stuffing. Top layer of onion and layer of tomato. From above, close it all with a layer of potatoes. Each layer of potatoes is salted.
As you can see, it is not difficult to cook this nutritious dish in a multivariate.
It remains to prepare the fill. To do this, beat the eggs with salt and spices. Add sour cream and mix well. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add it to the egg-sour mixture. Again, mix everything thoroughly so that the cheese is distributed evenly. We fill the filling with the ready mix.
Now we have to choose the mode for our casserole. Set the mode to "Stew".After preparing the dish, we do not immediately pull it out. It should cool down.
When you serve the casserole on the table, you can turn it upside down so that there is a crust on top, or decorate it with greens and fresh tomatoes from above.
