    Few families boast of having at home some sports equipment, simulators. Even ordinary dumbbells, a rubber band, which, by the way, can be bought in any pharmacy kiosk, you will not meet in every apartment. And without the simplest sporting equipment, you will agree, it is possible to speak about high quality, for example, of the same morning physical exercise only conditionally. That's why we advise you: without delay for tomorrow, for later, get today what will significantly improve the effectiveness of physical education in your own apartment.

    It's even better if you equip a "home stadium" for children. This term has quite firmly entered our vocabulary, especially after the publication of the book "Physical Culture and Sport" by VS Skripalev in 1981, "Stadium in the apartment," in which the author acquainted the reader with the home sports complex of the Nikitin family. The simulator occupies an area of ​​just over one square meter( 1.5x0.75).L-shaped arrangement of horizontal beams is supported by two pillars of the crossbar with screws. The length of the long beam is 1.5 meters, the short one is 0.75 meters. One column of the crossbar is located at the junction of the beams, the other in the middle of the long beam.

    In the picture you see another version of the home simulator, also a very simple design. Vertically installed four pipes with a diameter of 40-50 millimeters. A screw jack at one end of each pipe creates a bursting force between the floor and the ceiling. If the water pipes are taken, the spacer is provided by the coupling sleeves screwed onto their ends. Between the racks are fixed about 10-15 centimeters from the ceiling by four thinner pipes, which are fastened to them by screws.

    Practice shows that the simulator can be placed anywhere in the apartment, even over the bed. Depending on the age of the children, a set of sports and gaming devices is added to it: gymnastic rings, a rope, a trapezoid, a rope ladder, a crossbeam, a boxing pear, for kids - a swing from the expander and rubber "lianas".

    Training of children in a mini-stadium is advised to start with simple exercises and only gradually move to more complex ones. One of the indispensable conditions for such occupations I would like to emphasize: the child should not be forced to carry out movements that he does not want or is afraid to do. Do not worry, gradually experience and skill will allow your son or daughter to overcome difficulties.

    There is still an important, in our opinion, time. In joint training of parents and children a great moral sense is concluded. Each lesson, developing strength, dexterity, will involuntarily brings family members together, is permeated, as any of us will easily be convinced by own experience, by the joy of communication, mutual understanding, trust.

    Alexey Maresyev, Hero of the Soviet Union, very well expressed the use of systematic physical exercises: physical culture and sports help to develop human reliability, so necessary for life.
