Multicolored ribbons
Features of the game and its educational value. In this game, children learn to distinguish color tones by comparing them with each other and applying them to the sample. This method allows the child to distinguish color as a distinctive feature of the subject and improves visual perception: children develop a stable image of color tone.
In this game, children are accustomed to accurately and diligently fulfill the instructions of the group. This allows the educator to develop a sense of responsibility towards others. The child who fulfilled the assignment receives satisfaction from the approval of the educator and peers, acquires confidence in their capabilities. This is especially important for timid, insecure children.
Watching the actions of peers, the guys are interested and sympathetic to their comrades, which is very important for the development of their empathy and friendly relations to each other.
Game material. For the game you need colored ribbons or strips of colored paper pasted onto cardboard. It is necessary to prepare four sets of ribbons or stripes of the basic color tones.( As the children master the basic tones of the spectrum, you can gradually enter additional colors: blue, pink, orange, brown.) In the future, the game can be played with other objects, for example with colored circles,pyramids, multicolored bricks, etc.
To lay out on the tables the game material should be so at once that there are objects that are in contrast by coloring, observing a small distance between them, so that you canattach sample.
Description of the game and its techniques. The whole group participates in the game. Children sit on the chairs, set in a semicircle. Opposite them are three tables, each with a set of ribbons of different colors.(Sets are the same.)
The teacher sits closer to the children, pulls out of the pre-made box a multicolored ribbon: "Look, guys, what they shiny and beautiful."The teacher calls the color of each ribbon, paying special attention to those colors that are introduced for the first time.
"Do you want to play with ribbons?- he asks. - We will look for ribbons of different colors. The one to whom I will give the ribbon, will go to his table and will put it on the ribbons lying on the table. Now I'll show you how to look. "The tutor approaches one of the tables and asks: "What color should I look for a ribbon?"Do you want me to find the blue one? "He takes the blue ribbon from the box, applies it first to the pink ribbon and says:" No, not that. "Then he puts it to the blue, raises both ribbons and asks the children: "Is this?" The children answer and clap their hands."And now everyone will take turns searching for a ribbon," the tutor continues."Who will we choose first?" The teacher chooses three children, noting that they listened to them better than anyone else, and therefore they perform the assignment well. Each of them points to the table on which he will look for the ribbon, and reminds that one who finds a ribbon of the right color should show it to all the children."And we," he says to the others, "let's see if all of them carry out the task correctly."
The teacher gives each child a ribbon of the same color as a sample, calls the color: "Petya will find a red ribbon on his desk, and Vitya will look for red on her. .." If the task is performed correctly, all children clap their hands and say:

If someone made a mistake and brought a ribbon of a different color, the children jokingly waved their hands and said: "Go, go, go and look again!"
After picking up the ribbons in color, each child gives one of them to the tutor,table and returns to the place. The teacher calls new children.
At the end of the game, all the children who performed assignments, take their ribbons and wave them to the applause of the rest of the game participants.
Rules of the game.
1. Before executing the instruction, you need to carefully consider the color of the sample ribbon.
2. Everyone selects a ribbon only on his desk, applying a sample to it.
3. The commission is carried out first by those who behave calmly. Advice to the educator. When preparing for the game, carefully select the game material and put it in a beautiful box. An important point of preparation is also the thinking of partners who will carry out the assignment simultaneously( you can make a list of children in advance).First of all, give instructions to those inmates who can be a positive example for others. Shy, insecure kids are better to call later, when they understand the rules of the game.
If you repeat the game, you can complicate the task: not to give a sample tape to children, but only to show it. The search for a strip or ribbon in this case occurs only on the basis of a representation( on the visual pattern), and not through an effective comparison by applying.
To avoid disturbance of the order and to make it easier for children to wait for their turn, the most restless of them is recommended to give various instructions that require motor activity( close the door, carry something, find out from the nurse what time it is, etc.).
