Exercises for eyesight
Many people complain that their eyes in the morning remind "two smoldering holes in a woolen blanket" and it takes an hour or so before they can be made to make them feel good, or at least make them possible to use them. Such a state can be caused by the fact that the eyes of many people in a dream are straining more than during wakefulness. Here are a few exercises designed to help your condition. They should be done after awakening before you get out of bed.
1. Stretch in the bed and cross over from side to side, breathing deeply during exercise. It promotes relaxation of the spine and muscles contracted during sleep in case you are sleeping in a stressed state.
2. Open your eyes and mouth 4 times. Many people sleep, clenching their jaws and clenching their teeth and eyelids tightly. As you know, any animal on the awakening stretches.
3. Close your eyes tightly 6 times, then make 12 light( like wings of the butterfly wings) blinking to prepare your eyelids for a full day's work. Eyes during the day should often and easily blink.
4. "Letter with the nose".A significant part of the stress that falls on our nervous system rests in the back of the neck at the base of the skull. We all read, write, type, drive, etc., so that at some point the neck begins to pull its head back and to slouch its shoulders. At this moment, we feel that "perhaps, we are tired."Eyes with disturbed alignment lead to the same consequences. To alleviate this condition, close your eyes and, using your nose like an elongated pen, write to them something in the air. What exactly to write? Remember the alphabet and write the names of cities, starting with the letters of the alphabet in order( by as many letters as you can remember). For example, for A - Atlanta, for B - Boston, for K - Cleveland, etc..Next time, to avoid boredom, put yourself another task. Write the names of countries, flowers, precious stones, professions, products, and so on, in every lesson different. It will entertain you, and you will lose a feeling of fatigue at the base of the skull, leading to eye strain. This exercise, as you draw the contours of letters, among other things, puts into play your memory and the mental representation that brings with it relaxation."Lettering with the nose" can be used as a first aid when there is tension during the day, wherever it has arisen. Of course, people can not use their nose as an elongated handle unnoticed, and you can not move your head at that, but then you can close your eyes and mentally write some letters on the head of the pin with the tip of the embroidery needle. No man will notice this. Even such an exercise can reduce tension, as it allows for eye vibrations. Hold your eyes while performing a "nose letter" gently covered, and under these eyelids these involuntary eye movements will begin at a frequency of about 70 times per second. Vision, after you open your eyes, will seem clearer to you.
5. Exercise for the eyebrows. Have you noticed standing in front of a mirror that the heavy tissues of your eyebrows are hanging down over the centuries, so that they are hardly or completely invisible beneath them? In heavily strained eyes, heavy eyebrows seem to fall on the eyelashes. However, this should not be( and does not happen) when you were a child and were free from stress. You can get rid of the weight of your heavy eyebrows and help both your eyesight and your appearance. Raise your eyebrows consciously. Do you have any feeling at the top of your ears? Try to do this until you have it. Now practice until you can reproduce the same sensation in your ears without lifting your eyebrows and forehead wrinkling. In our studio we say: "Press your ears back."When you can achieve this( and with a slight smile to help this uplifted feeling), all this weight will automatically rise from the eyes, the eyes will get rid of its pressure, and you will look years younger.
6. Now, make finger turns, holding them in front of your nose, turning your head from side to side and convincing yourself that the finger is moving, until you really have such a feeling. This is the first step in the process of relieving tension. Do this exercise to account 20-30, alternately opening and closing your eyes. This exercise will remove the "mote" of tension from your eyes.
7. While you are still lying on your back, make a palm for 5 minutes, slipping a cushion under your elbows. Now you really feel fresh and ready to work during the day.
8. When you get out of bed, make big turns by putting on slippers or just standing barefoot on the floor. Do this exercise for 2 minutes, and it will well serve your eyes and nerves, even if during the busy day you will not have more opportunity to pay attention to it.
Although the description of these eight exercises seems to be long, you only need 10 minutes to complete them. So do not worry, thinking that you do not have enough time for all this. Try to do it, and there will be time. You will be surprised at how little time you need to start the day with fresh eyes. After lifting, make your big turns. Many find great turns to promote a good sleep and perform this relaxing exercise and before going to bed. After you have extinguished the light, always do the palming for a few minutes, which will ensure that your eyes will also rest. When you go to bed, smile and not only with your lips, but with your eyes. In the morning your face will look younger and more beautiful.
