Installing the boiler and radiators
Initially, it is necessary to fix the boiler on the wall, after that already perform further installation work. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the boiler needs only to be fixed, the connection to the communications will occur at the very last.
Mount the boiler in a designated place, and if there is not one, then in a place corresponding to all the rules and safety standards. The specifications of the boiler mounting will be indicated in the instructions to it.
Is the boiler fixed? Then we move on to strengthening the radiators. If you have old radiators, then they must be replaced. Bimetal radiators are the best for autonomous heating. Each radiator must be equipped with a Maevsky crane( necessary to remove air from the radiator), as well as two cranes at both ends( which will allow you to adjust the temperature of the battery, and also necessary for its airing).Also, it is possible to install cast iron pipes, but they have a low efficiency, and they do not have a very aesthetic appearance.
Laying of communications
Sometimes, some owners for the aesthetic beauty of apartments hide the pipes in the wall, if in your apartment it is easy and unobstructed to do - then why not. Very often, in practice, the method of laying pipes on the floor is also applicable, when the laid pipes are hidden behind the layer of the filler floor. The next stage will be laying pipes, from the radiators to the boiler. Please note that all radiators are connected in series. To connect the radiators there are 2 pipes: feed and return. The feed provides the supply of the coolant to the battery, and the return takes it out. The input of the coolant to the battery is made from the installation side of the boiler, the output from the opposite.
In case you have an extreme room kitchen in the apartment, then using two pipes from the boiler you can connect all the batteries. If the kitchen is not extreme, then you have to do a fork in two directions.
Then the communication is made to the boiler itself, which we have already fixed. The communications connected to the boiler are the following: cold water supply, coolant supply pipe and return pipe, gas pipeline.
Most gas boilers require an electrical connection. That's why for an independent source of heating you need to bring a separate outlet. Installation of the outlet must be made below, 20 centimeters away from the boiler, and not under it. The socket itself must be grounded, otherwise it can lead to negative consequences.
Connection and trial run of
After completing the entire scope of the basic work, it is necessary to check everything thoroughly. When you are completely confident in the correctness and reliability of the entire system - invite a master who will connect the gas boiler to the gas pipeline and make a trial run of the system.
Do not attempt to connect the gas boiler yourself! It is very dangerous! Any work with gas must be carried out by a gas service employee.
If everything works fine: nowhere nothing flows and the batteries are hot, then you can put the boiler on a guarantee.
