Causes of alcohol use
In general, there are reasons that direct people to take this dangerous substance:
1. Psychological relaxation. Constant stress, inner and nervous tension became a part of everyday life of modern man. We do not have time for proper rest, and sometimes we want to relax, forget about all problems, troubles, get away from the daily turmoil and just relax.
But not everyone succeeds so immediately, instantly forget about everything and drive out troubling thoughts is not so easy. And in such cases, the ideal savior is alcohol of various kinds. In addition, alcoholic beverages, indeed, can be used as an antidepressant. The main thing is to know the measure and not to abuse it( several times a month, not more). But the daily consumption of this drink will not lead to anything good, only - to alcoholism.
2. Temporarily gaining courage. Among people there are also such individuals who suffer from a wide variety of phobias and complexes. And these people, having drunk two or three glasses, begin to feel their inner strength, become more confident. And all in order to confess love or fight in the street, or commit an unimaginable act bordering on insanity and all in the same spirit.
There are people who take alcohol in order to solve even more serious matters. For example, a transaction in business, an important interview, speaking to the public, etc. With the help of alcohol, in this case, a person simply tries to remove the psychological restriction. Such people are best to try to go to receptions to psychologists or try to solve the problem on their own with insecurity in themselves. This kind of drinks only harm, not helping.
3. The impact of society. At any holiday there are alcoholic drinks, and there are guests who will gladly drink them. In such cases it is difficult not to drink, it is not easy to refuse. Those present will not understand you, and you will become someone like an outcast. Everyone is subject to the influence of others, it depends on them, and to get their location, we have to do what we do not want.
There is always a choice:
- Change the society in which you are now.
- Justify the expectation of others, that is, start drinking.
4. Love of alcoholic beverages. There are people who just like to drink alcohol, they like their taste, smell, etc. Such people are called gourmets or connoisseurs. They enjoy the process of drinking, not the consequences( cheerful mood, courage, confidence).True gourmets know about your favorite drink all, literally. Most of them can cook it themselves. In this group of people, almost no alcoholics.
