The simplest basis for a paper figure is a cone. Consider the production of a three-dimensional figure on the example of creating a New Year's angel on the festive table. For work you will need:

• cardboard.
• colored paper of gentle tones.
• thin tissue paper or soft - white, pale blue, lilac, pink.
• feathers for finishing, better tender and white.
• light bulb - plastic or of polystyrene.
• silvery Christmas tree tinsel( "rain").

We fold the cone from the cardboard, glue the edges and secure them with a stapler for reliability.
