Treatment of stomatitis with folk remedies

Stomatitis is called inflammation of the oral mucosa. There are several types of stomatitis.
Symptoms: disease is manifested by general malaise, weakness, decreased ability to work and increased fatigue.
Body temperature is usually increased. The mucosa of the oral cavity is red, it marks painful points with a whitish coating and a bright red rim. More details about the symptoms of this disease, see here.
Diagnosis of the disease by the dentist when examined. It is possible to take a scraping with the affected mucosa to determine the pathogen.
Stomatitis is usually a manifestation of the following diseases:
• Skin diseases: exudative erythema, lichen planus.
• Infectious diseases: scarlet fever, diphtheria, measles.
• Blood diseases: anemia, leukemia, agranulocytosis.
• Fungal stomatitis is most often the result of taking antibiotics and hormones.
What should I do? Treatment of all types of stomatitis is carried out under the supervision of a doctor, aimed at eliminating the cause of the disease, general strengthening of the body. Food for the period of treatment should contain an increased amount of vitamins, be warm and wiped.
Local treatment consists in rinsing the mouth with a solution of hydrogen peroxide( based on 2 tablespoons of a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide per glass of water), a solution of soda or decoctions of herbs.
General treatment includes the appointment of anti-inflammatory drugs, antihistamines, vitamins and trace elements.
The forecast is usually favorable. But it can get a prolonged or periodically exacerbating current.
• Treatment of chronic diseases of the body.
• Taking antifungal drugs during treatment with antibacterial agents.
Adherence to oral hygiene, proper dental care and elimination of disease-provoking factors: spicy food and alcohol, smoking, sharp edges of teeth, bad dentures, etc.
Traditional medicine recommends rinsing the mouth with a solution of furacilin, very hot water, cabbage juicewhite and aloe.
Fresh carrot or cabbage juice is prepared, mixed with water in a ratio of one to one and the product should be rinsed with the mouth as often as possible. The result from them is simply amazing. Calendula( marigolds officinalis).Widely used marigolds as an anti-inflammatory and bactericidal agent for diseases of the oral mucosa, angina, gingivitis, pyorrhea. In these cases it is recommended to rinse the oral cavity of the throat with water infusion( 10 g of flowers per 1 cup of boiling water) or tincture( 1 teaspoon per 1 glass of warm water).
For prophylaxis of stomatitis, gingivitis with a tincture solution or infusion of marigolds, rinse the mouth cavity in the morning and in the evening, before massaging with the fingers of the gum.
Protein of one chicken egg to stir in 500 ml of 0,5% solution of novocaine. Rinse the mouth 4 times a day.
Rinse the mouth with a mild solution of manganese and 2% solution of drinking soda 3-4 times a day.
Take fifteen grams of chamomile, fill it with one glass of boiled water and let it brew for fifteen minutes. After this, add four grams of boric acid to the resulting infusion and mix all this thoroughly. The resulting solution should rinse the mouth several times a day.
1 tablespoon of flat-footed bluish, pour the grass with one glass of boiled water, keep on fire for fifteen minutes, then leave for another sixty minutes to brew. Gently rinse your mouth several times a day.
For rinsing the mouth with stomatitis also suitable infusion of nettle. To prepare the infusion, 1 tablespoon of dry nettle leaves should be poured into a glass of boiling water and allowed to settle for an hour. Then strain and rinse your mouth 4 times a day.
