Onion pie
For 6-8 people will need 1 cup of flour, 125 g of butter, 3 tbsp.spoons of sour cream, a little salt.
For onion filling will require 1 kg of onions, 3 tbsp.spoonfuls of butter, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of sugar, as much ground black pepper, 4 eggs, 1.5 glasses of sour cream, a pinch of red pepper, a little nutmeg.

Turkey with leeks
600 g of turkey meat, 200 g of leeks, 2 apples, 200 g of white wine, salt, pepper, seasoning to taste.
Cut the turkey into pieces, fold it into a thick-walled dish. Cut the leeks into rings, peel apples and peel and grate on a large grater. Fill the meat, add seasoning and salt to taste, pour the wine and put on medium heat in the oven for about 40 minutes( you can use a microwave at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 20 minutes).
Red fish with leek( from Italian cuisine)
250 g fillets of salmon or pink salmon, 4 leeks, 2 eggs, 50 g of white wine, 100 g of cream, 2 tbsp.spoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of flour, pepper, salt, thyme to taste.
