Enjoy the smiles of your newborn
When your baby smiles for the first time, you will freeze on the spot and forget about all sleepless nights and that the child had to keep on hand all day long. You are delighted and feel: "My baby really loves me."Here
• Weeping. Loud, frightening shouts are accompanied by blows and other uncoordinated limb movements. The child shows only minimal attention. This behavior kills both the child and those around him.
• Active wakefulness. A condition that resembles a calm wakefulness, but the limbs and head of the child move, and the child shows less visual attention. It seems that the child is entertained by his own movements.
• Calm wakefulness( also called calm vigilance, interactive quiet or considerate tranquility, quiet receptivity).Eyes clear, open, attentive;the nannies, who are always afraid to spoil the child: "Oh, they are just gases".After many years that we watched the smiling newborns, we would like to blow off this gas bubble. Newborns actually smile, and not at all because of the gases( if only after successfully emitting them).
As experienced observers, we divide smiles into two types: internal smiles and external smiles. The inner smiles that take place in the first three to four weeks are a lovely reflection of the inner sense of well-being. Sometimes these are wide smiles in a dream;sometimes only a jerking of the corner of the mouth. Smiles of ease are relatively calm. It seems that the child contemplates the world around him. This state is most suitable for interaction and learning.
• Drowsiness. The eyes are open, and the eyelids flutter or begin to close;the child almost does not pay attention, turns and smiles in a dream. The child either wakes up or falls asleep.
• Superficial sleep. The child is easily frightened, his face and limbs are twitching, his breath is uneven, from time to time he makes sudden movements. The limbs are pressed against the trunk.
• Deep sleep. The movements of the child are minimal, the face has no expression, the breathing is even.
