Proceed as

Cut out a piece of paper from a piece of paper with a size of 16.5x26 cm. On the side, 26 cm long, mark with a pencil 3 pieces, 8 cm wide, leaving a distance of 1 cm between them( in the figure they are marked with a dashed line).

Now on the dotted lines of the fold we make a rectangle, giving it the shape of a box.

Now we need a pink ribbon, 50 cm long, literally a tone lighter than paper. We glue it on the upper and lower parts of the future chocolate bar.

We take scrapbooking paper with interesting ornaments, also executed in pink tones, cut out a rectangle measuring 7.5x16cm from it, glue it onto the upper base of the box.

Now we will need paper of absolutely different color, for example, gold, we will cut out a rectangle with dimensions 5x16.5 cm.

We will beautifully decorate it by cutting out a pattern at the edges or by making it a hole punch, we will glue the resulting part to the top of the chocolate bar.

From the sheet of paper that was our main, cut out another smaller rectangle with sides of 30 cm and 5 cm. The edges will need to be shaded in color, three to four shades darker, you can use chalk, pencils or paints.

Exactly on the middle segment of 8 cm symmetrically we have this strip, the middle of the box must correspond to the middle of the strip.

Bend the protruding ends of the strip in the same way as we did on the chocolate bar itself, leaving a distance of 1 cm between the folds.

Attach the ribbon, of the same key as used before, along the edge of the strip so that it can be tied into a bow.

To decorate the front side of a chocolate bar, we will need quilling skills. You can take any workpiece and paste it as an ornament. We'll take a blue rose. Let's make branches in the form of twigs of dark and light green color. That's the kind of chocolate scrapbooking we got, m finished.
