Bolero looks good not only in the evening image, but also in the everyday with a shirt and jeans. Bolero can be sewn on its own. It is sewn like a short jacket and does not even always have a buckle. The faithful assistant in sewing as always becomes a pattern: bolero with or without a sleeve, from different fabrics and fur is sewn according to a single principle.

For sewing you will need:

• fabric of your choice;
• pattern of the jacket;
• chalk or a piece of soap, thread, needles;
• centimeter tape;
• clasps if needed;
• decor - beads, rhinestone, applique, fur or ostrich feather, etc.

Tailoring instructions:

1. When choosing a model and fabric, be guided by what image you are going to add to them in the future. If this is a decollete wedding dress, then a bolero from a guipure with a long or short sleeve becomes ideal in a warm time, and in the cold season a bolero of artificial fur will be an excellent choice, which will not allow the bride to fall victim to the cold.

3. If you absolutely do not know how to sew a bolero, the pattern for you is on par with the reactor layout of a nuclear power plant, but at the same time you want to put on an exclusive bolero, you can go to the sewing studio. However, the work of the master of such an atelier can fly into a pretty penny, which is done with his own hands will cost almost free, at the price of fabric and thread.
4. We take any pattern of the fitted jacket. We adjust it to ourselves, taking into account the main parameter - the volume of the breast. Above we placed a ready-made bolero pattern using it, it will not be difficult for you to build a new one for yourself.
5. Print out the future pattern or transfer it to paper. If you use a pattern of a jacket, then the shelves need to be shortened by about 10 cm and, if desired, round off the line from the edge of the shelf to the neck.
6. To build a sleeve pattern, remove the yardstick of your hand. The hose can be made longer or shorter at will. On the pattern is depicted bolero with a sleeve of raglan.
7. Gently cut out the details of paper, apply to the fabric, paying attention to the location of the share and transverse thread. We circle the details, chop pins with a pattern. Do not forget to make allowances for the seams on the edge of the product at 2 cm, in other places 1 cm.
8. Remove the patterns from the parts. Parts of the backs and shelves are folded with facial parts, we sweep the seams. At this stage, the workpiece needs to be measured. If the bolero village is excellent for you, you can continue to work. If not, we correct the errors.
9. If you are sewing from knitwear, grind the parts very carefully, trying not to stretch the fabric, but also to watch that it is not going to fold.
10. The next step is to sew up the sleeves, stitch them into the armholes. Bend the bottom half a centimeter, we spend it.
11. We are trying on a finished product, if desired, we can make a rim of fur, decorate with rhinestones, beads, sew up flounces and ruches.
12. Baby bolero for the girl can be decorated with a bright applique or embroidery, add frills from lace.
