One should also take into account the fact that in the old days the epidemic situation in Russia was much better, because the population of all the republics of the USSR was vaccinated. Now everything is quite different. It's no secret that millions of people who have come from Asian countries now live illegally in Russia. There is no certainty that all of them and their

children are vaccinated against the aforementioned diseases.

So the choice is for parents who have the right to refuse vaccinations, but are responsible for their decision throughout their lives - their own and the child.
