What can be the cause of cancer?
After an extensive survey in the UK, scientists came to the conclusion that the cause of cancer can be obesity. The study was based on statistics that indicate the state of health of the British( "UK Health Forum", "Cancer Research UK").
Based on this information, experts studied and modeled the process of development of obesity, which occurs in the average resident of this country. At the same time, scientists made a disappointing conclusion: by 2035, cancers and obesity can become the norm. It is estimated that by this time about 75% of the country's population will be overweight.
At the same time, the reasons for such alarming statistics were also revealed. Here you can note a sedentary lifestyle, eating unhealthy food, worsening environmental conditions, almost constant stress that accompanies people. All these factors are the trigger for a set of excess weight. If such dynamics continue, experts believe that three quarters of the total population of the country by 2035 will be obese. And it is this that will cause a rise in cancer.
According to scientists, the number of malignant tumors can increase by 700 000. But such dynamics of an increase in the number of people with excess weight is not only the cause of cancer, it can lead to an increased risk of developing cardiovascular pathology, as well as type 2 diabetes.
Special concern is caused by the experts' increased use of carbonated drinks by the British. Even water under the brand name "Dietetic" can not guarantee safety for health, since it has a large number of sugar substitutes in its composition. Many people are used to drinking soda with any food, especially negative effects occur if these drinks are combined with fast food. In such food contains a significant amount of salt, which has a negative effect on the heart, blood vessels and gastrointestinal tract. Support for this type of food is promoted by advertising, which gives a message that this is the daily norm.
It is dangerous that such food becomes more common among young people. Since that age, many people are at risk of developing strokes and heart attacks. Therefore, many nutrition experts suggest limiting the display of such advertising or introduce a tax on carbonated sweet drinks.
As for the study of the dynamics of cancer, in 20 years almost all people with overweight will be exposed to them. At the same time, experts note that only 28% of the UK population will have a normal weight. Therefore, they offer special attention to the issue of weight loss and maintaining it in norm.
