How to make a bonsai from beads

In order to weave a bonsai tree from beads with your own hands you need to stock up with time and patience.

Materials for making:

• Green seed beads №10( best mix different shades of green)
• Wire - 0,3 mm, 1 mm, 3mm.
• Threads
• Colorless glue, for example, Superglue, Moment.
• Alabaster or gypsum
• Elements for decor( stones, beads, stones)

Step-by-step instruction for making a bonsai tree

Manufacture and shaping of branches:

Take a thin wire( 0.3mm).Its length should be about 45 cm. It is put on 8 beads. Of these, an eyelet is formed and twisted by two turns. At the other end, 8 beads are also typed and a loop is made. Immediately need to twist 2 more loops. As a result, you should get 8 loops on the wire. To understand how to make a bonsai of beads, the scheme of weaving is as follows:

Both ends of the wire twist - the bud turns out. The length of the ends should be no more than 10 cm. Therefore, the excess is cut off. These tree branches need to be made in quantity of 150 pieces.

We take three buds and from them we make 1 large bunch. Thus, we get 50 large beams.

We begin to form branches. To get the top of the tree, we need to make two branches. They are formed with the help of bundles - you need to combine 3 bundles and wrap them with a filament by 2 cm - this will be the base of the branch.

Two more bundles to make two branches. They, too, are wound with threads and join the main branch from the side slightly lower. As a result, this branch should look like on the photo:

This is the first batch of branches.

Then the same branch is being prepared. The bundles are connected and a wire( 1mm) is added to them 12 cm long.

With the help of threads, the base is wrapped, we attach three more branches made of 2 bundles each. As a result, there are four branches on the branch. This is the second batch of branches.

We make the third batch of branches - as well as the second one, only one more bundle is added, so that 5 branches are obtained. They can be placed to your liking.

First the branches from the first batch are joined, they are screwed to the wire( 3 mm)

Then the branches from the second batch join, followed by the third. They are wrapped with a thread

Making a base for bonsai

To create a base, you need to take the shape( any capacity) of

. The mold is poured with a diluted alabaster, after which a tree is put into it. The alabaster must dry.

The trunk and branches are coated with a solution of alabaster and glue.

With a match or toothpick on the trunk, grooves are marked( the future appearance of the bark).

As soon as the base freezes it needs to be laid out of the mold( for polyethylene)

Next it is necessary to paint the trunk of the tree with brown acrylic paint.
