Ingredients for salad

Chicken fillet, onion, cheese, 3 eggs, grapes, preferably two colors, mayonnaise, any nuts, salt, pepper.

Preparation of lettuce

Chicken fillet should be washed and boiled in salted water. You can add spices according to your desire: a bay leaf, sweet pepper, which you like best. Typically, a medium-sized chicken fillet is ready in about twenty minutes after boiling water.

Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden.

Eggs hard boiled, cooled and cut into half rings. You can use the egg for this. Then your semirings will be the same thickness.

Nuts finely chopped. If you use pine nuts, you do not need to cut them, fry them in a frying pan without oil.

Wash the grapes, dry them. Very large grapes cut in half, remove the bones.

The recipe assumes that the salad is laid out in layers, but you can and just mix everything and decorate the top with grapes and nuts.

If you spread it in layers, then the first layer is put on chicken fillet, the second one is roasted onion, the third one - eggs, the fourth - grated cheese, the fifth layer - grapes. Spreading grapes, alternate grapes of different colors, for example, green and black. Each layer is covered with a small amount of mayonnaise. On top, sprinkle the dish with nuts.
