You need to prepare the necessary materials before work. We need a square of green paper.

Now we have a triangle in the upper part of the workpiece. We finished with the top of the figure, so you can go to the bottom. We begin by adding the bottom edge in half:

Now we need to fold the right and left edges of the bottom blank to the middle of the sheet, leaving a thin gap between them. Try to carry out this work extremely carefully, so that you do not get excess zalomov. If you are dealing with a child, then help him in this:

After that, lower half bend again in half, but already horizontally. We should get this kind of figure:

Our next steps will be to bend the corners of the lower part to the bottom:

The folded corners need to be carefully pulled in different directions. Do this carefully so that you do not accidentally break the workpiece:

Now, again, return to the top of our workpiece. The lateral angles of this part must be carefully bent obliquely, following the pattern:

The lower corners of the workpiece should also be folded obliquely:

The resulting figure is folded again in half.

The last steps remain, before our frog can jump. We need to fold our part again, but not in the middle, but a little back from the top edge. Be guided by this scheme:

Turn it by the reverse side:

Hooray! Our frog is ready!

So that the frog can jump, you need to gently press the back of the frog's body to the table with your finger. After you remove the finger, the frog you created will make its first jump.
