Instruction:

1 step. The wooden workpiece should be wiped and cleaned to achieve a smooth surface.

2 step. Using a sponge with white paint, cover the tray with one white layer.

The field of how the tray dries, cover with a second coat of paint, then again. The paint can be dried with a hair dryer. To create a light aging effect, you need to wipe the painted tray on the contours. This will give the appearance of a little peeling paint.

3 step. When the tray is completely dry, we prepare the top layer of the napkin for decoupage. You can use the whole napkin, but you can use any of its fragments.

4 step. Put the napkin on the bottom of the tray and brush, very carefully, glue. Glue we take PVA diluted 1: 1 with water. Movements of the brush should be very neat, otherwise you risk tearing the napkin.

We are waiting for the tray to dry completely.

5 step. With a brush for decoupage, we impregnate the entire tray with acrylic lacquer. The layer of varnish is dried, after which a new one is applied. In total there should be 5-6 layers of varnish, which will eventually give the tray a shine and protect it from external influences.

6 step. After complete drying, the tray is wiped with a small nazhdachkoy to get rid of all the irregularities.
