The finished product can be made and colored, using for weaving colored threads. Due to their different combinations, it is possible to achieve a different decorative effect, fit a suspended pot in any interior.
Kashpo in our master class will be two-color, white-green.
Materials:
- white cords - 3 pieces of 4 m;
- green cords - 3 pieces of 4 m and 18 pieces of 3 m;
- tailor pins;
- small rings;
- scissors;
- pot, which we will hang.
For work, you will also need any soft surface, into which it is convenient to pierce the thread pins. Pillow or roller, foam rubber, polystyrene, etc.
How to knit the flowerpots step by step with the photo
1. On the working surface, we fix with the pins 18 folded green threads. We do this evenly, approximately every 3 cm. In three places we also fasten the rings.
2. Of the four plaits placed next to the plait, a double flat knot:
The ends are tightened so that the knot will be even and dense.
3. Also weave the knots on the remaining threads. In the next rows we have them in a staggered order, but the two last threads are left free.
4. We remove the work from the pins and wrap the pot. We continue to weave in the reverse order, we finish the ranks.
5. By weaving the bottom of the pot, we place the nodes denser, so that the ends of the segments are closer to each other.
6. When the nodes will be located very tightly to each other, fix the threads in several rows of reps nodes. Then we collect all threads together with a pair of common flat knots.
7. Cut off the ends.
8. We work with pendants. To do this, attach the rings to the white and green segments in 4 m.
9. From the green plaid 3 flat knots, after white we wind each of the green strands.
10. Again spade 3 knots from the green. We alternate the ways of weaving, until the suspensions reach the required length.
11. We cut the threads and connect them to the fastening ring. Crop excess.
The pot is ready!
