4) Expand the paper back into the square and fold the first row of strips into the tube, as shown in the photo. Strips staple with a stapler.

5) Turn over the paper and secure the next pair of strips.

6) Reverse and connect the remaining strips.

7) Do the same with the remaining squares of paper.
