    Clinical experience and observations indicate that there is no need to use a general massage session. It is more expedient and effective to apply massage of individual parts of the body taking into account the clinical forms of the lesion and in combination with other medical methods.

    5) combine massage with physiotherapeutic procedures( diadynamic currents, paraffin baths, local trays with warm water, etc.), which, depending on the indications, can be applied before or after the massage;

    6) combine massage with a set of physical fitness exercises needed for rehabilitation after a disease( some of which can be used directly during the session);

    7) combine massage with rubbers( special ointments, creams, liquids, gels), for example: immediately after an injury with a view to resolving a hemorrhage, reducing edema and pain, one should use efkamon, naradoyd, lawnstone, troc-sevazin, etc.; a few days after the injury - rubbing with a pronounced heating effect( finalgon, Nikofleks, apizartron, vipratoks, etc.).
