Cut out an arbitrary number of drop-shaped petals with wavy edges from the transparent fabric. To begin with, you can make a pattern of the desired shape from a dense cardboard, and then use it to cut out the fabric.
Fold the resulting blank in half.
A thin piece of fabric, for example chiffon or organza, about 40x40 cm in size. Fold the fabric diagonally, and place the petal inwards so that the fold line coincides.
Holding the petal to the table with your left hand, take the right edge of the fabric with your right hand. Gently pull, but do not release pressure on the petal with your left hand. Gradually write out your right hand semicircle from the thumb to the little finger. As the tissue will approach the little finger, gradually loosen the pressure of the left hand, allowing the workpiece to pop out from under the arm.
If everything is right, we'll see small creases on the petal.
Give it a wavy shape, gently pulling at the edges.
Thread the feathers and beaded threads, which are prepared in advance, to the wire. This is the middle of the flower.

We paint petals in your color, in our case - purple. Leaves, lining and legs are painted in green.
When the leaves dry, glue it from the inside with a wire in the center and along the edge. For this we use PVA.
We turn on soldering irons. Moisten the blanks on the towel. With a soldering iron without a nozzle, we heat the tweezers, which we give to the curved shape of the petals.
Using the nozzle "wide Japanese foot," shape the petals, leaves and pads with a narrow paw with a groove.
All parts are ready, you can collect a flower.
From pre-prepared materials we form a bundle of stamens.
Pair the glue the petals on the wire. It should be 5 pairs for one flower.
Glue PVA collect inflorescence around stamens.
Satin strip, which we have previously painted, glue the leg.
Adhesion well spread out PVA and glue under the flower.
We pierce the hole in the stem, apply the glue on the base of the sheet and insert it into the puncture. We fix for a while, letting the glue grab.
