    This cake reflects the very essence of a woman. There are a large number of recipes for different cakes, which can be simple to prepare and complex, have a variety of ingredients, or dispense with simple ingredients.

    A very interesting variant is Lady's Caprice cake, the recipe of which does not require the presence of a huge amount of ingredients and time spent.

    A simple and quick recipe

    To prepare a dough for this cake, you need to take the following ingredients: honey( 2 tablespoons), vegetable oil( 2 tablespoons), 2 eggs, 150 grams of sugar, soda( 2 tsp) andflour as much as the dough will take. You can add cocoa to the dough.

    We send honey, eggs, soda, vegetable oil and sugar to the water bath. All mixed for five minutes. Then add one glass of flour, mix everything and continue to warm the water bath for another five minutes. It is necessary to continuously mix the mass.

    We also add 1.5 cups of flour and knead the dough. The dough should be rolled very thinly, cut out the desired shape. Grease the pan or vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.

    Oven must be pre-heated. The biscuits are baked for 4 minutes. A simplified version of the cake involves the execution of a cream with condensed milk, whipped with butter.

    For the custard you need 2 eggs, 2 glasses of milk, 2 tbsp.spoons of flour, a glass of sugar to shake. Then cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. After boiling, reduce heat and continue stirring intensively until the desired density is obtained. Add cocoa and vanillin.

    Remember: too thick cream will not permeate cakes.

    After complete cooling of the cream and cake, they can be lubricated. Do not forget to add finely chopped nuts and chocolate chips.

    A more complex recipe with poppy seeds, nuts and raisins

    You will need 400 g of sugar, 4 eggs, 300 g of flour, 200 g of margarine( can be replaced completely or half by butter), 200 g of sour cream 20%, 100 grams for cake.gr peeled walnuts, 80-100 g raisins( preferably light), 50-60 grams of dry poppy, 1 tsp.soda without a slide, 1/3 tsp.salt, 1/3 tsp.vanillin.

    For a cream it is necessary to take 350-400 g of condensed milk( you can use boiled condensed milk) and 200 g of butter.

    Eggs and sour cream should be left for 15 minutes at room temperature, margarine cut into small cubes and left for this same time in the warmth, so that it melted.

    Sift flour through a sieve together with salt, soda and vanilla in a separate bowl, stir.

    Raisins pour hot water for 10-15 minutes, then drain it and dry the dried fruits with a napkin.

    Nuts to peel, chop in small pieces and fry in a dry frying pan until a pleasant aroma appears.

    Eggs should be hammered into a bowl and beaten with a mixer until the foam appears. Do not stop whipping, pour sugar into the eggs with a thin trickle of sugar and whisk for another 5 minutes until a light, lush mass appears. Gradually add the margarine and whisk until it is completely dissolved.

    Pour into the egg cream a thin trickle of sour cream and mix with a mixer at high speed until smooth consistency. Mix the flour mixture with the resulting mass and mix the dough until smooth.

    Oven to warm up to 180 ะก, baking dish with a piece of butter and sprinkle with flour( or cover with parchment paper).If you have three( or two) forms of the same size - you can use them at the same time.

    Biscuit dough is divided into three equal parts. To one of them to mix raisins, to the second nuts, and to the remained - a poppy. Pour into a baking dish any of the three parts of the dough and send it to a preheated oven.

    Butter for cream to get from the refrigerator and leave for half an hour in a warm place or at room temperature. After the specified time, beat the butter with a mixer until it is fluffy. Do not stop whipping, add to it gradually condensed milk, whisking until homogenous after each spoon.

    Put the cake with raisins on a dish and grease it with cream, cover with poppy seed and lubricate with cream. Top put the last cake with nuts, grease the surface and sides of the cake with the remaining cream and decorate to your taste( for example grated chocolate and nuts, or glaze).

    The cake should be in the refrigerator for at least 5-6 hours. Remove the prepared dish from the refrigerator, cut into small portions and serve. Have a nice tea!
