You do not need to specify the reasons for the request. The bank is obligated to respond to the application within 10 days.

Applying for CI by postal or notary
You can request your credit history with the Bank of Russia by telegram or through a notary. If the borrower believes that his credit history contains erroneous data, he can apply for a correction in the CRI where it is stored. Credit documents from the bank will help to quickly correct the mistake. The period for consideration of the application is 1 month. In case of unreasonable refusal of the BCI to correct the information, it is necessary to apply to the court.
