Internal practice
1) once a day;
2) three times a day;
3) fasting.
You can change these suggestions, for example, drink two or four glasses a day. However, these basic rules and suggestions, formed from experience, should remain for you a guiding star.
Once a day
Use the average portion of the first urine, throwing out the first and last 10 ml. The rest is collected. The best time of reception is from 3 to 4 am. Before taking urine, make your morning toilet, etc., brush your teeth, etc. Urine should be sipped like tea.
This should be done every morning, so it will become part of your daily worries. You can try to do this either within one or two weeks in connection with some disease, or indefinitely, so as some suggest, to achieve even better health.
Diet
There are no food restrictions for this program, however a low-salt diet with a low protein content will make your urine much more pleasant to taste and smell.
Three times a day
The average portion of urine is taken:
1) the first urine of the day( preferably from 3 to 4 am);
2) at noon or one hour after lunch;
3) an hour after dinner.
Diet
This form is more effective and requires a low-salt diet with a reduced protein content. It is said that urine, obtained an hour after eating, contains more enzymes and valuable substances of the body.
Fasting
Fasting is already in itself a powerful tool to fight disease. The combination of reception with starvation is an even more powerful tool, so this practice should be approached slowly and in stages.
1) Preparation for fasting, during which you should accustom yourself to the urine and feel ready for its reception during the period of fasting.
2) Pre-starvation: two days before the onset of a real fast, non-
should reduce the amount of protein and heavy food consumed, especially fried and fatty. A large amount of fruits and raw vegetables helps to cleanse the intestines and makes the onset of fasting easy and manageable. In addition, during this period, you can also increase the amount of urine taken.
3) The present fasting is a reception of only urine and water. No other food or liquid should be taken. During fasting, one should not work, since full rest promotes an unhindered process of purification.
Starting in the early morning, you should collect an average portion of urine and drink it. Then you need to drink clean water. As soon as fasting begins and urine will be allocated very often, you can drink it completely. The last urine of the day should be discarded so that you can sleep well and rest, allowing you to act on the body's recovery processes. If at some stage nausea appears, stop the practice for a while until the nausea disappears, and then start again.
The duration of fasting depends on the type of disease to be cured. Some enthusiasts say that sometimes it is necessary to continue fasting for weeks under supervision in order to achieve the desired results. They say that urine relieves the feeling of hunger, usually associated with starvation, and is attributed to this alkaline reaction of the body. Most likely, this is due to the impact on the brain centers of hunger and satiety.
During the fasting, both the therapist and the practitioner should carefully watch for everything to proceed normally. We must avoid extremes, we must have a certain margin of common sense. It is better to take several short starvations for longer periods of time than one long starvation that requires much more stress. Most authors strongly recommend that you use a massage of old or boiled urine during fasting.
4) The stage after fasting requires great care in the resumption of a normal diet. For at least one week, great care must be taken, gradually renewing and controlling all habits and aspects of the diet.
The best way out of starvation is to completely stop taking urine and water, preferably during supper. An hour later, you should drink a glass of orange or lemon juice, a glass of black grapes juice or a bean broth, slightly salted. At noon the next day, you can again drink grape juice or anything else from the above. In the evening you can eat papaya or some other juicy fruit.
On the third day you can eat lentil soup, and in the evening - boiled vegetables with rice. Thus, gradually you must restore your normal diet minus the old bad habits.
