Treatment with milk
"Drink, children, milk - will be healthy" - these words from the children's song are known to everyone without exception. We all know perfectly well that milk is a very useful product, that you can and should drink it as much as possible. Both adults and children need to drink at least 200 ml of milk per day, because it contains a huge amount of useful proteins, vitamins, microelements and other substances that have a beneficial effect on all organs and systems that make up the human body. For the patient, especially with the disease of the gastrointestinal tract, milk is simply an indispensable product.
Dairy diet
Day 1
Breakfast - 200 ml of warm milk. Dinner - milk soup with vermicelli.
Snack - 200 grams of cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream.
Dinner - semolina porridge on milk.
Day 2
Breakfast - 200 ml of tea with milk( 4 tablespoons fresh or melted milk for 3 tablespoons of not hard brew), 1 slice of white bread. Dinner - soup with milk and noodles.
Snack - curd cheese cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream.
Dinner - rice porridge on milk, 200 ml of warm milk.
Day 3
Breakfast - 200 ml kefir or curdled milk.
Lunch - lean fish( carp or pike), boiled in milk, without salt.
Snack - 200 ml of apple juice, after 1 h 200 ml of fresh or melted milk.
Dinner - rice milk porridge, after 30 minutes 200 ml of weak tea with milk.
Day 4 of
Breakfast - 150 grams of whipped cream and 150 g of berries( any).
Lunch - milk soup from any cereal, mashed potatoes with the addition of milk.
Snack - 200 grams of cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream.
Dinner - millet porridge on milk.
Day 5
Breakfast - 1 boiled soft boiled egg, 1 slice of wheat bread, 200 ml of coffee with milk.
Lunch - vegetable soup, 1 slice of white bread, 150 g boiled chicken in a dairy sauce with a little salt, 200 ml of apple juice.
Snack - cheese curds, 200 ml of fresh milk.
Dinner - potato puree with milk, vegetable salad with vegetable oil.
Day 6th
Breakfast - milk semolina, 200 ml of milk.
Lunch - milk soup with vermicelli, 2 slices of bread.
Snack - 200 ml of rose hip broth.
Dinner - pearl barley in milk, 200 ml of kefir or curdled milk.
Day 7th
Breakfast - millet millet porridge with pumpkin, 200 ml of apple juice.
Lunch - beef, cooked on milk, 2 slices of wheat bread, tomato salad with greens, seasoned with sour cream, without salt.
Snack - cottage cheese, fried with milk.
