Most often the process is localized in the scalp, forehead, nose, nasolabial folds and cheeks, in the sternum and between the shoulder blades. Skin fat is a nutrient medium for organisms, decomposes and irritates the skin. Thus, numerous erythematous areas appear on the patient's body, covered with abundant, yellow and greasy scales.
