Materials required for work

• Heavyweight fabric, preferably designed for embroidery.
• Skin to be used for lining.
• Cardboard.
• Adhesive, which consists of two components, for example, "Moment", or any other of your choice.

• Cabochon. This is a semi-precious or precious stone, which has a rounded shape.
• Beads, the sizes of №11 and №7, 3 colors.
• Pins, scissors, needle, thread and pencil. These things will be useful in the process of work.

Take a piece of cloth and glue your cabochon to it.

Now take the beads, which is the largest, and sew 2 beads next to the cabochon seam "forward with a needle".

Go through the needle again with a thread through these beads and then add two more.

Four sewn-on beads appeared. Now go through the needle with the thread through the last three, and add two more.

Again go through the last three beads and add two more. Continue until you return to the beginning of the series.

Around the cabochon formed a ring, so it lay more evenly, go through all the beads with a needle with a thread several times.

Now proceed to create the second row. For this, take smaller beads. This series is embroidered inside the first to secure the cabochon.

Here, the beads are sewn in exactly the same way as in the first row. After the series is finished, go through all the beads of the new series with a needle and thread a couple of times.

We begin to weave the third row, which is located outside the first. Embroider it with the same beads as the 2nd row. The technique remains the same.

Now that all three rows of beads are ready, take the next brooch and cut all the fabric around the contour exactly. The main thing, do it very carefully, so as not to damage the wrong side, otherwise everything will have to be done anew.

Take the skin prepared in advance, turn it on the wrong side and attach a brooch to it. Now draw a brooch around the pencil. Also you do it with cardboard. Take a piece of cardboard and, after retreating 5 mm, cut along the edge, you will get a circle, smaller than the workpiece with embroidery for the brooch. Now glue the pin exactly in the center of the cardboard circle.

After the glue dries, take a piece of leather and mark the location of the brooch on it and cut out the holes. Now you can glue the detail with the barrette to the future brooch.

When the glue dries, you can safely put a circle of leather on the pin.

So, take the beads that were used for the first row. Fasten the thread and thread on it two beads. Sew the beads to the edge of the brooch with a "brick stitch".

And this is how it should look like:

You can already leave the brooch and so, but to complete it, you need to take smaller beads. From the first bead we deduce a thread with a needle, we string on it an additional bead and we sew into the second bead. So continue to the end of the series.

Next, take 5 beads of the same size as used for the second and third row. Put on a needle and thread 5 beads. Sew them as you did the previous time.
