Even worse is the situation in convenience stores, where sellers increase the ice cake and pack the shrimp to increase the price and weight of the product.

Shrimp of good quality have a smooth pink color, the tail is always bent. A rusty shell, yellow meat, black spots on a shell or paws are signs of old shrimp. If the tail is unbent, then the individual died before it was frozen.
If the shrimp has a black head, it should be discarded immediately, as this color is a symptom of the disease. Shrimp with a green head is quite edible. Shrimp should be cleaned from the shell, then make a cut along the tail and gently pull out the black vein. Cut the cleaned tails into 3-4 pieces.

Cut lettuce into leaves and rinse well in running water and dry. From the pepper remove the middle with seeds and cut into thin strips.
