Pour the vegetable oil so that it closes the bottom of the pan by about 1 cm. Yeast should be dissolved in warm water and add flour as much as necessary to form a liquid slurry. Then leave the dough for fermentation for about 1 hour.
When the dough is suitable, rub the egg with salt and sugar, add the mixture of yeast, the remaining flour and knead the dough. From the test it is necessary to make balls, roll out each into a thin flat cake, in the middle of which to make longitudinal incisions. The resulting ribbons should be twisted. Then take a high pot, pour the fat, bring to a boil and lower the wood there.
