Wobenzym is taken half an hour before meals, washed down with plenty of water. The drug is prescribed for 3-10 tablets 3 times a day. Then, a maintenance dose of 3-5 tablets is taken three times a day. The course of treatment is from 2 weeks to six months. Preventive therapy - 3 tablets 3 times a day for one and a half months.
The drug is not recommended for use in children.
The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only on strict indications in minimum doses and under the supervision of a doctor.

The preparation is available in the form of pills for 60 and 120 pieces in a pack. And also in the form of a solution for oral administration in vials of 50 and 100 ml.

Renal failure
Renal failure is a violation of the kidneys, as a result of which they

Treatment of the disease is primarily aimed at eliminating the cause of renal failure. Then, the urine should be recovered and the volume of blood replenished. Antibacterial, diuretic and hormonal agents are prescribed.
With normal adequate treatment, the prognosis of the disease is favorable.
