Assigned to 40 mg twice daily. In severe cases, a dose increase is possible.
The drug is not recommended for use in children.
The use of the drug during pregnancy is possible only by strict vital indications in minimum doses and under the supervision of a doctor.
When using the drug in the period of breastfeeding, it is necessary to transfer the baby to artificial feeding with mixtures.

Assigned to 600-800 mg per day, divided into 3 doses. This is the initial treatment, then the individual supportive therapy is selected by the doctor.
The drug is not recommended for use in children.

At the beginning of treatment, the patient is given a dose of saturation, which is 600-1000 mg per day. Such therapy lasts 10 days. Then a dose of maintenance of 100-400 mg per day is prescribed.
Use of the drug during pregnancy and breast-feeding is prohibited.
